Using instruction- brachycefalic muzzle

Before first use, the muzzle should be properly fitted to the dog’s head.

  • Place the muzzle on the dog’s snout so that it securely encloses the muzzle area.

2. Gradual acclimation

To ensure the dog’s psychological comfort, it is recommended to gradually accustom it to the muzzle.

  • First, allow the dog to become familiar with the muzzle by sniffing it.

  • Then put the muzzle on for short periods, rewarding the dog with a calm voice or a treat.

  • Gradually increase the duration of wear.

This way, the dog will associate the muzzle with a neutral or positive experience.

3. Usage

A brachycephalic muzzle can be used, among other situations, during:

  • veterinary visits,

  • grooming procedures,

  • travel or transport,

  • situations requiring additional safety measures.

4. Safety guidelines

  • Never leave the dog unattended while wearing the muzzle.

  • Do not use the muzzle for long periods or during intense physical activity.

  • Regularly check the condition of the straps and fastening elements.

  • If any damage is noticed, discontinue use immediately.

5. Cleaning and maintenance

The muzzle can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
After cleaning, leave it to dry at room temperature.
Do not dry the product on a radiator or in a dryer.
