Structure of the Bag

Preparing the Bag for Use

1. Unfold the bag and check that all zippers function properly.

2. Make sure all zippers are closed.

3. Place the bag in a calm environment so the animal can become familiar with it.

4. It is recommended to accustom the animal to the bag beforehand in a home environment.

Placing the Animal in the Bag

1. Open the main compartment of the bag.

2. Gently place the animal inside, remaining calm and maintaining control.

3. Fasten the strap around the neck — securely, but carefully so the animal can breathe freely.

4. Close the main zipper, leaving comfortable space for the head.

5. Check that the animal is in a stable position.

If the animal is highly agitated, it is recommended to perform this step before the examination begins, preferably at home where the animal lives.

It is beneficial to leave the bag at home for several days before first use in a place where the cat or rabbit likes to stay, allowing the animal to become familiar with it naturally. A favorite treat or flavored paste may be placed inside the bag to encourage the pet to enter it calmly in a familiar home environment.

Transporting the Animal

• The bag can be carried using the transport handles.

• In a car, the bag should be secured with a seat belt threaded through the handles.

• It is recommended to transport the bag on a seat rather than on the vehicle floor.

Procedural Access

The bag allows controlled access to specific body parts.

Paws

1. Open the appropriate access zipper.

2. Gently extend the paw.

3. Close the zipper after the procedure is completed.

Side Access

Allows for:

• injections

• medication administration

• IV fluid connection

• palpation examination

Abdominal Access (Navy-Blue Version)

Allows for:

• ultrasound diagnostics

• procedures requiring access to the abdominal cavity

Grooming Applications

The bag may be used for:

Only the area involved in the procedure should be exposed at any time.
