Preparation Before Putting On

Before putting on the recovery suit, make sure the correct size has been selected and that the wound or dressing is clean and properly secured. Gentle preparation of your pet helps reduce stress and ensures that the first time putting on the garment is calm and comfortable.

Putting On the Recovery Suit

Place the suit on the animal’s back and gently wrap it around the torso, guiding the fabric under the belly. Thanks to the back-fastening design, the garment does not need to be pulled over the pet’s head, which increases comfort and makes it easier to put on, especially after surgical procedures.

Once the fabric is evenly positioned, fasten the suit on the back, ensuring it fits securely but does not apply pressure.

Fit and Fastening

After positioning the suit correctly, fasten it on the back and adjust the closures so that the garment fits snugly but does not cause discomfort. Proper fitting ensures effective protection of the wound while allowing the pet to rest and move comfortably during everyday activities.

Preparing the Version for Male Dogs

At the bottom of the garment there is a specially prepared area that allows the suit to be adapted for male dogs.
If necessary, carefully cut out the marked section of the fabric to create an opening that allows the dog to relieve itself without removing the suit.

Daily Use

The suit can be worn by the animal throughout the entire recovery period. It is recommended to regularly check the condition of the wound and the fit of the garment to maintain optimal protection and hygiene. If the suit becomes dirty, it can be easily removed and washed, ensuring freshness and comfort for your pet.

Tips for Increased Comfort

  • The first moments wearing the suit should be supervised by the owner.

  • For longer periods of use, it is recommended to have a second suit available for changing.

  • Gradually getting your pet used to the garment helps speed up adaptation and reduce stress.

Usage Recommendations

  • Regularly check the condition of the skin and the surgical site.

  • Keep the garment clean and dry.

  • If the suit becomes dirty, replace it with a clean one.

  • Use the product according to the recommendations of a veterinarian.
