Order Terms (Individual Pricing)

• Prices for products and shippment are determined individually, based on the information provided by the Customer.

• Submitting a request for a quotation is non-binding and does not constitute an order.

• After reviewing the request, the Seller provides an individual quotation electronically.

• An order is placed once the Customer accepts the quotation.

• Order fulfillment begins after the Seller confirms acceptance of the order and, where applicable, after payment of an advance or prepayment.

• The delivery or completion time is agreed individually and communicated together with the quotation.

• Any changes to the order may affect the price and delivery time and require acceptance by both parties.

• If the order is cancelled after fulfillment has begun, the Customer may be charged for work completed to date.

• Any complaints regarding order fulfillment should be submitted electronically.

• Detailed terms of cooperation are governed by the individual quotation and applicable law
