Using instruction Ophthalmic collar
Product purpose
The Grande Finale ophthalmic collar is designed to protect the eye and head area of an animal during recovery after surgical procedures and while treating injuries or ophthalmic conditions.
It can be used for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals.
Putting on the collar

Choose the correct size of the collar for the animal.

Place the collar around the animal’s neck.

Adjust it so it fits securely but does not cause pressure.

Check that the collar remains stable when the animal moves.
The collar should allow free breathing and natural movement.
Proper fit
A correctly fitted collar should:

limit the animal’s ability to reach the eye or protected area
-
not cause neck pressure
-
not interfere with breathing
-
not restrict natural movement
The Grande Finale collar does not impair the animal’s field of vision or hearing.
Monitoring during use
While using the collar, regularly check:
-
whether it is properly fitted
-
whether it causes any skin irritation
-
whether the animal can still access the protected area
If in doubt, consult a veterinarian.
Cleaning and maintenance
The collar can be cleaned by hand or machine washed at temperatures up to 40°C.
After washing, allow the product to air dry naturally.
Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
