Using instruction Vocalis

Training for Calm Dog Behavior
Product Purpose

Vocalis is a behavioral training aid designed to help reduce excessive, repetitive barking. The product supports the learning process of calm responses during controlled training sessions.

Vocalis is not a muzzle that prevents biting and does not replace a traditional muzzle.

Preparing for First Use

  • Introduce the Vocalis to the dog in a calm environment.

  • Allow the dog to sniff the product before putting it on.

  • The first fitting should be short (1–2 minutes).

  • Reward the dog with a calm voice and a positive atmosphere.

The goal of the first stage is to help the dog become familiar with the new item without stress.

How to Properly Fit Vocalis

  • Place the Vocalis on the dog’s muzzle so the material fits snugly but does not press.

  • Make sure the dog can breathe freely.

  • Check that the dog can slightly open its mouth and pant.

  • The strap should be adjusted so the product does not slip during movement.

Training Session

  • Put on the Vocalis at the start of the exercise.

  • Use the training cone as a signal for the start of calm behavior.

  • Sessions should be short — usually 5–10 minutes.

  • Remove the Vocalis once the dog has calmed down.

Regular, short sessions produce the best results.
